Return and refund policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
• The following items are not eligible for returns:
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Items on final sale.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the policies of your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at lemillionshop@outlook.com for instructions.
